Forms to be completed

Before the wedding ceremony

NOIM- Notice of Intended Marriage This needs to be completed and signed and lodged with me, one month and one day prior to the wedding. You can download the NOIM form as a PDF.

I need to sight original copies of;

• Birth Certificates
• If divorced before 2002 a Decree Absolute if after 2002 a Certificate of Divorce.
• Foreign Passport if born overseas
• If a widow or widower a death certificate
  

After the wedding ceremony

• Certificate of Marriage [Form 16]
• Certificate of Marriage [Form 15]
• Marriage Register

All three certificates are signed by the bride, groom, and two witnesses both over the age of 18 who can both read and speak English.
